CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, No-Show & Tardiness Policy To avoid any fees, please provide a notice of cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance. A minimum of 24 hours' notice will be accepted. If you fail to notify us within this timeframe, a fee of 40% of the scheduled service will be charged. This fee must be paid in full prior to your next appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying us, you will incur a 40% fee for the service you were scheduled for. This fee must also be paid in full before your next booking. Please be aware that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a haircut or over 15 minutes late for a color appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment if it cannot be completed within the allotted time. If we do not hear from you, you will be marked as a no-show, and a 40% service fee will apply, which must be paid in full before your next appointment. I recognize that life can be unpredictable and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions can be made, but please keep in mind that my time is just as valuable as yours. These policies are in place to ensure my business operates efficiently.
